The construction company Vassia y Torres was constituted in Ibiza in 2002, before the notary, with the legal form of a limited company, after the union of two sole proprietorships composed of Julio Vassia Taleb and Antonio Torres Torres Torres, both partners with a professional career in the construction sector previously endorsed by their works carried out throughout the length and breadth of the geography of the island of Ibiza for more than 30 years.
